From your first laps in a Hyundai Excel to a full championship campaign, Excel Garage can help make getting on track simpler. Whether you want to drive one of our race cars or already have a car of your own, we can tailor a practical support arrangement around the event, your experience and what you need.

We're a motorsport workshop built around Circuit Excel racing, combining hands-on competition experience with race preparation, engine and gearbox work, fabrication, setup and trackside support.

Want to race without the commitment of buying, preparing and maintaining a car? Ask us about availability of Excel Garage-prepared Hyundai Excel race cars for test days, individual race meetings and full championship arrangements.

  • Test days: Get some laps in, learn the car and find out whether Circuit Excel is for you.
  • One-off race meetings: A way to compete at a selected event without owning a race car.
  • Multiple rounds or a full season: Discuss a longer-term car hire and support package suited to your racing plans.

Vehicle availability, event eligibility and the level of support included are confirmed individually. Entry fees, tyres, fuel, transport, consumables and damage responsibilities will be clearly agreed as part of any quotation.

New to Circuit Excel? Start Here.

You don't need to buy a race car to find out whether you enjoy circuit racing. An introductory test day is a sensible first step: get comfortable behind the wheel, learn how the car behaves and build confidence before committing to a race meeting or your own build.

Tell us about your experience and where you'd like to drive. We can discuss suitable opportunities at circuits such as Mallala and The Bend, subject to track-day arrangements and availability. The appropriate licence, safety equipment and event requirements will need to be met.

Race Weekend & Trackside Support

Already own a Hyundai Excel race car? You can still benefit from the same hands-on preparation and support. We work with drivers and teams who want to spend more time driving and less time managing the car at the circuit.

  • Pre-event checks, servicing and race preparation
  • Trackside mechanical support and repairs
  • Wheel alignment, suspension and chassis setup
  • Tyre and brake management, inspections and adjustments
  • Post-session checks, fault finding and technical advice
  • Transport and other event logistics where agreed and available

Support can be tailored to a single meeting or a series of events. The exact crew, equipment and services are agreed ahead of time.

Workshop Preparation & Ongoing Maintenance

Good race weekends start well before the car reaches the circuit. Our workshop can help with preventative maintenance, repairs and development between meetings, including Hyundai Excel race engine and gearbox work, brake and suspension servicing, alignment, fabrication and in-house chassis dyno work.

We can also help drivers keep track of servicing and inspection needs across the season, so there are fewer surprises when it's time to race.

Championship & Season Support

Planning to compete across several rounds? Talk to us about a season support arrangement, whether that's a hired car or a car you already own. We can discuss preparation between events, trackside assistance, setup continuity and the practical requirements of each race meeting.

Every driver's program is different, so we prefer to discuss what you actually need rather than advertise a one-size-fits-all package.

What's Included?

Packages are quoted individually, based on your car or hire requirements, chosen circuit, event format and the level of support requested. Before confirming a booking, we'll outline the proposed inclusions, exclusions, driver responsibilities and any conditions relating to damage, licensing and event entry.
